A modern steel framed barn that was fully converted to 3 floors of residential space forming am amazing family home set within the middle of Epping Forest.
Existing structure was altered and a new internal steel frame installed to take the new floor layouts. The floors, walls and roof were upgraded with insulation and then fully fitted out with featured cinema, office and games room with a focal point of a viewing gallery in the open plan lounge and kitchen areas.
The project was then finished with external landscaping and new utility connections.
