This project consisted of the construction of 4no 3 bedroom timber frame houses and the conversion of an existing barn into 3no dwellings.
We had to demolish the existing buildings on site with temporary support of the existing barn structure whist modification and new structural supports were designed and installed by us.
As the site was classed as contaminated we had to undertake remediation of the ground including the import of selected topsoils for approval by the local authority.
The project was fully completed and handed over for successful sales by the client
